Socases.de is reserved for business customers only.

If your business is based in Germany, you do not need to provide a VAT ID. To access our B2B area, simply email us - we´re happy to assist.

If your business is based outside of Germany, we do require a valid VAT ID for any sale.

In the Collection Purchase section, you can order any quantity of stocked items by phone or email – even just a single piece.

For Custom Creations, we offer relatively low mini-mum order quantities for most products. In certain cases, we can accommodate even smaller quantities for a small-lot surcharge.

The minimum order quantity always applies to one fabric in one selected color. Inlays can sometimes vary within that quantity, depending on the product.

Yes, we're happy to send you samples of our products, fabrics, and branding options for your review. After selection, they must be returned to us using the return label we provide.

Samples of customized standard items in your specific color and with your logo are available upon request and require payment for the unit price and branding costs. Normally, you’ll receive a digital preview showing your logo’s size and placement before production begins.
When working on fully custom models, we’ll provide at least one physical prototype. Only after your final approval will production begin.

We’re happy to send samples of our products, fabrics, and branding options for review. These need to be returned after your selection using the provided return label.

We’re also happy to help you plan a fully customized design – whether jewelry cases, ac-cessories, or other solutions – considering your desired shape, size, fabric, color, and inlay.

CUSTOMIZATION

You’ve come to the right place! At SOCASES, customization is at the heart of what we do.

Each product from our standard range can be adapted to your brand identity through your choice of fabric, color, and branding options for your logo.

We're also happy to collaborate on the development of fully unique designs in jewelry cases, accessories, and more – taking your specifications for form, size, fabric, color, and inlay into account.

We offer four types of branding: screen printing, blind embossing, embroidery, and engraving (e.g., on zipper pulls).

Screen printing involves applying color manually through a mesh stencil. It’s especially popular in metallic tones like gold, silver, or rose gold, but we can also accommodate matte color requests. This method is available on velvet and ribbon.

Costs are €90 per product type per order (up to 200 units). Once we have your logo/design on file, repeat orders benefit from a 20% discount. For printed ribbon, the cost is also €90 per color; each additional color costs €50.

Blind embossing uses a heated stamp to press your logo or design into the material.

We can embroider single-color, multi-color, and more complex designs.

A single-color embroidery costs €120 per product type per order (up to 200 units). Repeat orders receive a 20% discount if the logo/design has been created previously.

The branding options we offer—screen printing and blind embossing—are both applied by hand. For repeat orders, the flat fee per item type and per order is reduced by 20%. The remaining amount covers the manual effort required to prepare and process the materials by hand.

Please send us your logo or design in a vector format (e.g., PDF, AI, or EPS). We can assist with minor edits such as removing elements if needed.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer logo design or format conversion services. We recommend contacting your designer or a graphic design professional.

We’ll review feasibility based on your chosen branding method and send a preview showing your logo’s size and placement. Once you approve the design, production begins.

Within Germany:
€7.90 for parcels
€15.00 for large or multiple parcels

Within the EU:
€18.00 for parcels
€32.00 for large or multiple parcels

In-stock items from the Collection Purchase range are delivered within 1–3 business days (Germany).

Custom creations are delivered within 6–8 weeks.

For fully custom models, you'll receive a prototype within 4 weeks. After approval, production takes around 6 weeks.

Please note: timely payment and provision of necessary details are essential to meet these timelines.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse.

SOCASES ships via DHL.

💳 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the type of order.
For Collection Purchases, we offer net 10 and net 30 terms.

For Custom Creations, new customers are required to pay in advance. Returning customers pay 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.

Yes – we offer volume-based discounts starting at minimum quantities (usually from 50 or 100 pieces). Please contact us at contact@socases.de for more information.
